San Luis Obsipo district attorney says that there may be a court challenge to a local judge’s ruling that the San Luis Obispo district attorney’s office may not prosecute black lives matter protest leader Tiana Arata.
Superior court judge Matthew Guerrero ruled that the DA’s office could not prosecute Arata for leading protesters onto 101, blocking traffic and other illegal acts that day.
Dan Dow says his office may appeal that decision.
