A section of South River road will be closed next week on Thursday, December 18th from 7 am to 7 pm.
The city of Paso Robles says the closure is for construction work, consisting of power pole upgrades along the bluff with crane operations.
PG&E is in the process of upgrading the power poles as part of their Estrella high-line project to reinforce power to the city. The closure will be along south river road between Creston road and Navajo avenue.
Travelers will need to use Creston road, Nickerson drive, and Niblick road as detours. Construction signs will be posted to assist motorists.
