A Sig Alert issued for an accident on South El Pomar road this morning.
The accident forced the closure of South El Pomar between Templeton and Homestead roads.
Around 7:24, a black dodge sedan struck a power pole in the 3100 block of South El Pomar.
Wires came down across the roadway.
The roadway is now reopened.
