A vegetation fire erupted yesterday afternoon, just south of highway 58 and along Soda Lake road.
The fire first erupted at around 12:58 pm, and spread to over five hundred acres in just about two hours.
Emergency crews arrived to battle the blaze, which was reported to be at a hundred percent containment later that evening at around 7 pm.
No information for its cause is available at this time.
