Cal Fire San Luis Obispo county fought a blaze at around 6 am Sunday in rural Atascadero.
A house at 6205 Toro Creek road, off highway 41 was fully engulfed in flames, and its remote location led to difficulties in arriving at the scene & bringing water tanks.
Fire and hazmat crews worked to mop up the blaze for several hours, and the cause is currently under investigation.
