
An earthquake struck north San Luis Obispo county at about 9:54 yesterday morning.
According to the United States Geological Survey, the quake’s epicenter struck about 5 miles west of Templeton, just north of the highway 46 west.
The earthquake was measured at about 4.4 to 4.6 on the Richter scale. The impacts could be felt as far as San Jose, Fresno, and Santa Barbara.
