The Paso Robles planning commission encourages the community to attend its next meeting, which will feature a public study session to discuss proposed amendments to the city’s zoning ordinance.
This is the 8th public workshop for the update, which will review articles 4, 5, and 7 of the city’s zoning code. These provide outlines for objective design standards, special regulations, and nonconformities.
City staff will be compiling recommendations from the housing constraints and opportunities committee and planning commission, and comments from the public to present to the city council in 2024.
