A PG&E power outage occurred yesterday morning in the Morro Bay area, leaving thousands without power.
The outage was first reported at about 6 am, with more than 3,000 customers affected. Cuesta college’s campus outside of San Luis Obispo was also affected by the outage, prompting the campus to close for the day.
Power was fully restored for residents and businesses in Morro Bay by about 2:45 pm.
