Overnight work is scheduled for El Camino Real north of Del Rio road in Atascadero for Wednesday, June 26th, into Thursday morning on June 27th.
The work will begin at 9 pm on Wednesday, and is estimated to take 8 hours to complete. The public works department says the contractor will be constructing a new sewer manhole and lateral connection.
During construction, public works says that one lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained on El Camino Real, with the center of the roadway closed to allow for construction.
Residents are asked to be respectful and mindful of construction workers, and drive carefully through the area during work.
