Sheriff Ian Parkinson says it was good finally make arrest in the Halloween shooting in Shandon.
At a town hall meeting a several weeks ago, people expressed their concerns about the unresolved shooting.
Sheriff Parkinson says law enforcement in California continues to evolve, and it’s not making it easier for law enforcement.
The sheriff is bringing back the San Luis Obispo county sheriff’s rodeo on May 13th. It will be at the Paso Robles Event Center.
