Spring usually means a group of firefighters from Templeton travel to Seattle for a Stair Climb event. Fire captain Brandan Wall tells us this year the stair climb will take place at Templeton high school. They’ll be climbing the stairs at the football stadium, so you may see them as your driving up and down 101. That’s coming up in May.
So, beginning today, they’re at the Legion Hall on Main street in Templeton. Stop by and buy some flowers for Valentines Day. Proceeds benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
