Paso Robles police say a black truck crashed into a gas station on Spring street Saturday night.
The truck was traveling northbound on Spring and attempted to use the two-way left turn lane to pass a vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle reportedly attempted to speed up. Police said the driver of the truck then realized the two-way left turn lane was occupied and swerved into oncoming traffic to turn left on to 7th st.
Due to speed, the truck careened into the gas station, smashing into a parked truck, and sheering off a gas pump.
Authorities said no one was injured and drugs/alcohol are not a factor.
