Atascadero’s police chief remains on leave, although not much explanation is being provided.
Chief Robert Masterson has only been on the job for a couple years.
But, Cal Coast News is reporting that he may be terminated.
Masterson was previously the police chief in King City.
Right now, Commander Jason Carr is running the Atascadero police department.
