Fire officials have determined the cause of last Monday’s Salinas riverbed fire in Paso Robles.
The fire was started by crews clearing brush along the bike trail near Navajo avenue and south River road. That fire began just before two in the afternoon one week ago today.
The fire burned about 15 acres, destroyed two homes, and forced the evacuation of hundreds of Paso Robles residents from their homes.
