A semi-truck began blocking two lanes of the northbound US 101 at the Cuesta grade yesterday at around 1:56 pm.
The truck was jackknifed, blocking number 2 and 3 lanes of the 101. CHP had to close the lanes for about an hour and a half while a tow truck was on the way.
Traffic was significantly impacted by the incident until the lanes were reopened.
