High speed rail between Las Vegas and Southern California will include three wildlife crossings for bighorn sheep and other animals.
The crossings were not part of the initial plans for the 218 mile rain line.
Governor Gavin Newsom says, “Roadways and rail lines must be designed to connect, not divide.”
