Cuesta college begins spring semester yesterday at its campuses in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.
In Sacramento, governor Gavin Newsom introduces a new program called “Californians For All College Corps.” Some 6500 California college students will receive $10 thousand dollars toward their education for 450 hours of public service. Beginning this fall, they’ll work in areas like K-12 education, climate change and food safety.
