A prescribed burn is scheduled to take place at Camp San Luis Obispo today.
The burn will consist of 230 acres with the goal of minimizing fire hazards and the likelihood of uncontrolled wildfires in the future.
If weather conditions are not right for the burn, it could be postponed and take place any time between today and September 22nd.
