Scott Peterson may re re-sentenced in December.
The man accused of murdering his wife Laci, and their unborn son, may be sentenced to life in prison. He was sentenced to death after his conviction in 2005.
Scott Peterson graduated from Cal Poly. He and his wife lived in San Luis Obispo county for several years.
