Tomorrow, San Luis Obispo county supervisors will discuss filing a lawsuit against governor Gavin Newsom, asking him to lift the Shelter at Home order and open up San Luis Obispo county.
Supervisor John Peshong is asking the board to file the lawsuit during tomorrow’s closed session.
So, the supervisors will discuss the proposed lawsuit against the governor during closed session at the meeting tomorrow.
