Yesterday fire officials responded to a report of a building burning on the 5000 block of Awaken place, near links golf course in Paso Robles.
The report came in just after 4 pm. Firefighters arrived on the scene, stopped the forward progress of the blaze, which had reached around a quarter of an acre. The fire burned several of the area’s outbuildings as well.
The cause is under investigation.
