Paso Robles police are investigating the discovery of a body found in the Salinas river bed Tuesday afternoon. The body was discovered around 2 Tuesday afternoon behind Kohl’s.
Police say it appears the person had been living in the riverbed area. Officers say it looks like the deceased person was burned.
The investigation is underway into that body found in the riverbed Tuesday afternoon.
