San Luis Obispo county sheriff’s office arresting a 19-year-old Shandon resident in connection with a shooting on Halloween last year in that community. Jesus Angel Contreras arrested Monday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the stomach. He is recovering. The incident was believed to be gang-related.
