The Oceano Dunes and Pismo State Beach reopen today for off road vehicles. That’s after nearly a year of closure due to coronavirus and environmental concerns. Two more arrests in the Trevon Perry homicide. 23-year-old Mario Rotro and 25 year old Heather Montgomery both of Lovelock Nevada arrested as accessory to murder. They are awaiting extradition to California.
