A PG&E power outage has affected the Creston & highway 229 area this morning. The outage affected at least 500 customers, and potentially up to 5000. Around 1,393 PG&E customers were without power yesterday morning shortly after 9 am. The outage affected the lake Nacimiento area, and further south to the highway 46 west just outside of Templeton. Power was eventually restored later in the afternoon, and the cause is under investigation, according to PG&E.
