Paso Robles finally has a tattoo shop. Pioneer Tattoo Company opened last month on Riverside. It’s the first tattoo shop in the city of Paso Robles. The city council recently passed an urgency ordinance to allow tattoo parlors in certain areas of the city. There are already tattoo parlors in San Miguel and Atascadero.
