At the Veterans Memorial in Atascadero, someone stole a flower urn around ten Saturday night. The urn was donated to the memorial to honor a fallen loved one. Colonel Bill Hatch notified the Atascadero police department and made a report. Security cameras photographed the thief and captured the license plate of his car.
