Did you see the missile launch around midnight early yesterday morning? Vandenberg air fore base launched a Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile. It traveled 4,200 miles toward a test site on the Marshall islands. It traveled at a speed greater than 15,000 miles per hour. It’s the first launch of the year from Vandenberg.
Tours at Piedras Blancas light house are back in operation. They are restricted because of the coronavirus scare. Face masks must be worn during the tour.
