A Visalia man pleads not guilty in San Luis superior court yesterday for allegedly impersonating a San Luis Obispo activist on social media. 36-year-old David William Plateck faces a maximum of four years and eight months in county jail. Plateck allegedly posted comments under a fake Facebook profile that mimicked local conservative activist Kevin Rice.
