Caltrans crews are reportedly making good progress in their efforts to repair and reopen highway one in Big Sur. All the debris material that flowed down the Rat Creek Canyon has been removed. Cal Fire officials say a fire burned a travel trailer last night near Santa Margarita. By 7:30 last night, the fire was out but crews were still on scene. The fire was off of Parkhill road in Santa Margarita. No further details are available.
