The Shandon public library has some new items to check out, and they’re not books or media. They’re tools. The Shandon library has a tool lending library, which is an expansion of the county public library system’s Library of Things. Crash in San Luis 04.21.2023
An accident in San Luis yesterday shut down the intersection of California boulevard and Stafford street. A toyota pick up and ford sedan collided around noon yesterday, and one driver had to be extricated. That shut down California boulevard while San Luis Obispo fire department cleared the wreckage. No injured in the crash.
Farm Worker Killed 04.21.2023
A San Miguel farm worker killed after his tractor rolls down a hill and overturns. 72-year-old Leonides Magallon was driving a tractor on Allende road out of San Miguel late last week. The tractor flipped over three times. The sheriff’s department is conducting an investigation into the accident.
