Paso Robles city council meets at 7:30 tonight at the library conference room. The council will conduct a public hearing on a community facilities district for the Olsen/South Chandler Ranch. They’ll establish boundaries and call for a special election. They’ll also authorize the levy of special taxes within the community facilities district.
