Over the weekend, a plane flew over Lompoc federal prison with a sign that read, “FCC prisoners, you are not forgotten.” The message paid for by a local coalition called, Love Your Inmate. The coalition organized the plane flyover Saturday. Community members gathered at a park in Lompoc to watch the fly over.
