The San Luis Obispo police department has been awarded a grant from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to fight alcohol-related crime. Assemblyman Jordan Cunningham on Thursday, announced that he has introduced a bill requiring EMTs and paramedics to complete human trafficking awareness training.
