Another setback for off road vehicles at the Oceano Dunes. The second district court of appeal in Los Angeles denies the emergency petition filed by an off-road riding advocacy group, Friends of the Oceano Dunes. They were appealing a ruling by San Luis Obispo superior court judge Tana Coates.
