A tentative agreement between the governor’s administration and the California Association of Psychiatric Technicians. It will give most psych techs in California state mental hospitals a 10.5% raise over three years. The agreement would also provide a variety of stipends and special raises. The agreement must be approved by union members and the legislature.
Early this Monday morning, a commercial truck caught fire on highway 46 east at Mill road.
