A PG&E power outage affected almost 1,400 customers yesterday morning. The outage was first reported at about 10:33 am in the area between lake Nacimiento and highway 46 west. A second, smaller outage also affected over 120 customers just east of the larger outage. Power was eventually restored for all customers.
