A vehicle fire around four yesterday afternoon on Paso Robles street. A semi-tractor trailer rig caught fire. The fire was confined to the passenger vehicle without significant damage to the transport trailer. Three fire engines from Paso Robles fire responded. Paso Robles police also provided traffic control.
A mid morning crash on the cuesta grade slowed southbound traffic for over an hour yesterday. The accident occurred around 10:30 in the southbound lanes past the west Cuesta Ridge trailhead. About four vehicles were involved. That created a big traffic jam for southbound motorists. Several people suffered minor injuries.
