The Boardwalk at Moonstone Beach is getting a $1.6 million dollar makeover. The work began last week and will continue for 5-6 months. The boardwalk parallels Moonstone Beach. The upgrades include include ADA parking spaces and more compliant boardwalk surfaces and ramps.
The US Census Bureau says San Luis Obispo county is among the ten fastest growing counties in the state. The county grew by 2700 people between 2021 and 22. That’s nearly a 1% increase.
