Four people rescued who attempted to cross the Estrella river crossing on North River road yesterday. Despite road closure barricades, the driver attempted the crossing. They became trapped in their compact car in the fast-moving water. First responders from several agencies all responded and rescued the people.
Widespread flooding from continuing atmospheric storms have caused extensive damage for California agriculture, with more storms expected this month.
