Yesterday afternoon at Farm Supply in Paso Robles, Coast Union high school senior Elizabeth Reed, is named the winner of the Jim Brabeck Youth Legacy College Scholarship. Elizabeth plans to attend Chico state in the fall. She ultimately wants to be a large animal veterinarian.
